This project was envisioned with a dual focus: urban sophistication and regional harmony. The exterior design integrates:

- Eco-conscious elements like vertical green panels and energy-efficient lighting

- Glass railings to enhance openness and light flow
- Terracotta cladding to echo local architectural heritage
- LED façade lighting to highlight the structure after sunset
