The client envisioned a showroom that honors Islamic values while offering a contemporary shopping experience for modest fashion. The goal was to create a space that feels respectful, elegant, and welcoming to women seeking traditional attire like burkhas, abayas, and hijabs.
Design Concept:
The interior design draws inspiration from classic Islamic architecture—think geometric patterns, arches, and calligraphy—while embracing modern minimalism. The layout encourages flow and privacy, with curated zones for browsing, consultation, and fitting.
Key Design Features
- Mashrabiya Screens: Intricately carved wooden panels offer privacy without sacrificing light, echoing traditional Islamic motifs.
- Neutral Palette with Gold Accents: Soft beige, ivory, and taupe tones create a calming atmosphere, while gold detailing adds a touch of luxury.
