• This website is owned and operated by P.S. Solution, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes.

Interior Design Service Terms

 Project Timeline

• Commencement: Begins upon approval of design and receipt of advance payment.
• Completion: 45 working days from approval of layout plan, materials, and 3D design drawings.

 Modifications & Delays

• Changes to approved drawings after order placement will incur additional charges.
• P.S. Solution is not liable for delays due to:
  • Unfavorable weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Riots or strikes
  • Site accidents
    These delays will not count toward the project timeline.

Site Requirements

• Electricity: Must be provided by the client.
• Security: Client is responsible for site security during work-in-progress.
• Lodging: For projects outside Dhaka, client must provide lodging for on-site workers.

Tax & VAT

• Client is responsible for payment of applicable Tax and VAT.

 Site Readiness

• Delays caused by the client (e.g., site not ready) will result in extra labor charges.

Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, each party will nominate an arbitrator.
• Arbitration will follow the Arbitration Act 2001 and Contract Act 1872 of Bangladesh.

Sample Approval

• Three sets of all sample items must be submitted:
  • One for the architect
  • One for the client
  • One approved set for P.S. Solution
    Fabrication begins only after approval.

Additional Accessories

• Extra charges may apply for special accessories or service doors not included in the original materials.

 Payment Method

• Payments accepted via Cash or Cash Cheque in favor of P.S. Solution.

• All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Mode of Payment

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you through the Service or USD 100 if no purchase was made.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or privacy.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

• The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or virus-free content.

 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local or international laws.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns or disputes, please contact us first to resolve them informally.

For EU Users

EU consumers benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

U.S. Legal Compliance

You confirm you are not located in a U.S.-sanctioned country or listed on any U.S. government restricted party list.

 Severability and Waiver

• If any provision is invalid, it will be adjusted to fulfill its intent.
• Failure to enforce a right does not waive future enforcement.

Translation Interpretation

If these Terms are translated, the original English version shall prevail in case of dispute.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
